Three Distinct Modes Overlap to Build Long-term Success! 

ACTION LEARNING CYCLE

Coaching is a set of skills only mastered through repeated practice

This course is based on the Action Learning Cycle, a four-step time-tested pedagogy that equips learners to master real-life skills like coaching. Consistent practice over two or three months insures far wider and deeper skill development than in a 5-day intensive course!

Every two-hour online session presents new coaching content and skills.

(Step 1)

Learners turn the new ideas into concrete action by planning when and how to practice the skill in the coming two weeks.

(Step 2)

Learners practice skills with a peer coaching partner, as well as friends, family or work colleagues during the two weeks between each session.

(Step 3)

What did, or did not, go well? How can I do better next time? Through honest reflection,  every coaching conversation helps learners to keep growing in their coaching skills.

(Step 4)

As learners move through these four steps every two weeks, they build momentum, confidence and growing mastery in their coaching skills. 

60 Hours of Professional Coaching Training

Part 1: Basic Coaching: Learn and practice core skills of deep listening and asking powerful questions to help others grow, flourish and transform their lives "from the inside out." 


Part 2: Advanced Coaching: Building on Part 1, this course empowers learners to develop a coaching mindset and practice a whole new approach to leadership development.

The BASIC course is a pre-requisite to taking the ADVANCED course
