DR. RICH HANSEN
Welcome! I’m Dr. Rich Hansen, the founder of the Leadership Coaching Network (LCN). After ordination to the ministry in 1980, I’ve served 45 years as the senior pastor of local congregations, missionary and theology professor.
I am an accredited coaching trainer with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential awarded by ICF. I also hold a credential in Team Coaching from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
As a trainer of coaches and servant leaders, I offer the experience gained in training over 400 leaders in our Coaching for Transformation courses over the last four years. Currently over 40 of our course graduates are pursuing an ICF coaching credential.
As a coach of leaders and teams, I offer over 500 hours of coaching experience walking alongside leaders to help them gain deeper clarity about their challenges and opportunities, and make significant progress toward achieving their goals.
As an organizational consultant, I offer my experience as Senior Pastor of four congregations over 30+ years and as Academic Dean of the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology (EGST). I specialize in empowering organizations to become a “coaching culture” that impacts their staff, mission and everything they do.
I invite you to join our growing network of leaders who are making a HUGE difference in their families, organizations and society through the skills of leadership coaching.
Coaching for Transformation and
LCN Faculty
Our growing faculty in Africa includes the first four LCN graduates to earn their ICF coaching credentials. Each engages with our students as mentors and instructors meeting ICF's high standards of excellence. Most importantly, they offer culturally-relevant role models of Africans leading other Africans toward success in coaching leadership.

Tendai Kashangura
Zimbabweans like to work with accredited professionals. The ACC credential will enable me to coach more professionals, University students, pastors, and development workers who are largely part of my sphere of influence. In addition, the credential will help me to inspire more leaders to go through the ICF credentials and build a network of LCN trainers and coaches in Zimbabwe.
