EvaSUE: Making Disciples on 100 University Campuses

SIM East Africa Sending Office: Supporting African Missionaries 

Dr. Seblewengel Daniel, Director of SIM's East Africa Sending Office (EASO).  EASO sends over 60 missionaries from East African nations to share the gospel in other African countries.  

Dr. Seble describes how pairing their missionaries with a mentor trained in coaching skills has greatly improved the emotional support their missionaries experience.

Reach International Center of Education (RICE):  Educating Children 

Haimi Walter is the owner and Director of RICE, a Cambridge International accredited K-12 school serving 650 children on two campuses.

Haimi shares how coaching skills have revolutionized her own leadership style and how her staff now take a "coaching culture" approach with the teachers they supervise.

Hope Ventures: Equipping African Entrepreneurs to Start Their Own Businesses 

Hope Ventures exists to raise up thriving businesses in underserved communities. We partner with organizations to help them launch and lead business startup programs tailored to their communities. Through these partnerships, entrepreneurs receive culturally relevant training, mentorship, and support to build sustainable businesses. Our programs are locally led and designed for long-term impact and community ownership.
