The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is recognized worldwide as the "gold standard" for both high-qualified coaching training and professional coaching credentialing. As of December, 2024 ICF had 55,216 coaches in 158 countries. Earning an ICF Credential provides you with instant credibility and increased visibility, both in your organization and to prospective clients.

An ICF coaching credential is not for everyone! You can greatly benefit from the coaching skills and leadership development mindset offered in our Coaching for Transformation courses. Of the over 450 participants in our courses since 2020, we currently have 45 Coaching for Transformation graduates (about 10%) who are actively moving toward earning an ICF coaching credential.
Our ICF Credential Program includes these learning opportunities:
1) Observed Coaching — Our program includes five (5) observed coaching sessions for each student, with personalized written or oral feedback from the Instructor.
2) Mentor Coaching — Mentor Coaching is offered over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual coach. Mentor coaching begins with a student self-assessment survey to identify personal areas for focus and growth. We offer 10 hours of high-value mentor coaching, in two parts:
Group mentoring sessions (7 hours) with interactive learning and live coaching conversations by each participant, who will receive both individual and group feedback.
Individual mentoring sessions (3 hours) offering one-to-one mentoring with the Instructor focusing on personal strengths and growth areas.
3) Performance Evaluation — We will assist you to prepare a recorded coaching conversation demonstrating your coaching skills proficiency and evaluate it to insure it meets ICF standards. You will receive a detailed written assessment.

As a Christian mission organization, our goal is to empower leaders, not make money. In order to make our training affordable, our fees are EXTREMELY LOW for ICF accredited coaching training leading to an ICF coaching credential. In fact, our fees are less than 10% of typical Western rates for ICF credential training!
ICF Credential Support Group
All the above resources are offered through our unique online learning community in which every student is partnered with two others in a Triad Group. Triad group partners support one another as they move through every step of the process together. The Support Group has its own online classroom to access resource documents, videos and many personalized resources to help each student cross the finish line in earning their credential!

After taking our Basic Coaching Course, you may be ready—both personally and professionally—to earn an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Credential. If so, you can choose to take our Advanced Coaching Course under our ICF Credential Program as your first step toward your coaching credential!
